J+J/Invision Receives Highly Rated BREEAM Environmental Certification for 22 Products
DALTON, GA - J+J/Invision announced Monday that it has received BREEAM Certification for 22 modular styles featuring its eKo® modular backing system. Each of these products received highly rated Certified Environmental Profiles using BRE Global’s Environmental Profiles Methodology, a life cycle assessment that measures a product’s cradle-to-grave impact.

J&J Industries Reclaims Over One Million Gallons of Water
DALTON, GA - J&J Industries, a leading commercial carpet manufacturer based in Dalton, GA, announced today that its Aquafinity™ Water Reclamation System has reclaimed and reused more than one million gallons of water from its Dalton Campus. J&J’s Aquafinity System is capable of removing dye and chemical additives from its industrial wastewater by using a blend of filters and reverse osmosis. The past several months have been devoted to tuning of automatic control systems as the overall system has been brought up to full production capacity.

J+J/Invision announces the grand reopening of its newly redesigned flagship showroom in the Chicago Merchandise Mart. Located on the tenth floor of the Merchandise Mart, the 2,300 sq ft space was designed by Grant Design Collaborative in Atlanta, an award-winning firm that specializes in brand and product development for the commercial furnishings industry.

J&J Industries, a leading commercial carpet manufacturer based in Dalton, GA, has partnered with the leader in global water solutions, Aqua-Chem, Inc., on an innovative solution for removing dye and chemical additives from industrial wastewater used in large-scale carpet manufacturing. The results of an industry-first pilot project conclusively demonstrate that it is both practical and economically feasible to remove dye and other additives from industrial wastewater and to reuse the water in carpet dyeing in an environmentally innovative process.
