Limited Lifetime Wear Warranty – 10% Fiber Loss
Solutia warrants that after proper installation, carpets made with Ultron® Nylon 6,6 will retain at least 90% of its pile fiber for the useful life of the carpet. This is a limited lifetime warranty on fiber loss from abrasive wear and is not intended as a warranty on matting, crushing or watermarking. Also excluded are damage due to tears, burns, pulls, pilling, shedding, pets or any damage other than normal wear. Damage due to improper maintenance or installation defects are also excluded. This warranty does not include stairs and is subject to General Terms and Conditions.
Antistatic Warranty – Lifetime
Carpet constructed of Ultron® Nylon 6,6 shall not generate static shock exceeding 3.5kv for the useful life of the carpet. The threshold for normal human sensitivity is 3.5kv when tested by AATCC test method 134.
